Banff Advisors - Analyst, Platform Services & Account Manager
WFH
April 2022 - November 2022
Part of the newly created Platform Services team; a team that is in charge of outreach to search partners, maintaining the databases of executive clients, and performing tasks in the proprietary webapp, Contender, to promote usage and demand generation. In addition, regular tasks featured updating Contender with search users, executive clients’ information, enterprise clients’ search data, new searches/pipelines, and new referral candidates. This was to make the wheel spin and have a continuous stream of updates for our advisors to work with and our Contender users to review in their searches. Also, collected data on the Contender’s performance and created weekly reports to the team on search/pipeline that need work and executive client updates.
Part of my role was also as an account manager, where I followed the relationship between Banff and three enterprise clients. This involved making sure their activity in Contender was tracked, performed outreach to the enterprise teams, created pipelines in Contender as needed, and kept the relevant advisor up to date on any tasks they needed to perform.
Both roles were very close to the CEO and often would receive direct instruction from them on Contender activities.

Therefore, most of the org’s postings were reviewed by me and my co-worker; domestically and internationally. Secondary role was to create metrics, reports, and analyses for the Talent Management teams. Partly, it was to create and maintain performance metrics and job posting data; but also to assist the management teams with data analyses and metrics for their projects.
Major projects include: using Textio to refresh the entire internal job posting database; assisting with resource doc creation and worksheet input and formatting for a company-wide taxonomy refresh; and revamping my team’s requisition tracking sheets to allow for more data logging and meaningful metrics.
